Tom Cseh has more than 35 years hands-on experience in criminal, fraud and counterintelligence operations in the United States and overseas. With three decades of practical experience in dealing with management operations, including labor relations and contract security, in both friendly and hostile environments overseas, Cseh is an accomplished liaison officer with U.S. and foreign law enforcement, security and intelligence agencies. Cseh garnered over 11 years field supervisory and investigative expertise, including undercover and narcotics interdiction operations with the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) at AFOSI Headquarters in Washington, D.C., and field units in Spain and New Mexico.  Before joining Andrews International, Cseh was Country Manager for Inter-Con Security Systems Honduras, where he oversaw guarding operations with 1200 personnel in Tegucigalpa, and San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Before that, he was Regional Senior Consultant for Control Risks Group in Mexico City, Mexico. He previously served as Chief Instructor for Defensive/Evasive Driver Training, associated with the O'Gara-Hess & Eisenhardt Armoring Company (now Centigon) as Director General, International Training, Inc. (ITI), in Mexico. He has managed U.S.-based multinational corporations providing contract security guard services to U.S. Embassies in Honduras (twice), Panama and Guatemala. In addition to an established career in consulting and investigative services, Cseh has trained over 3,000 persons in hands-on defensive/evasive drivers' techniques since 1998. Cseh earned his Master of Arts degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the university as well. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and an expert in Latin American culture.
