Roger Decker, the Managing Director for Siqura B.V., is a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial executive with focus on customer satisfaction and record of delivering significant impact in product management and new customer acquisitions in companies operating within competitive, rapidly evolving industries. His skill set includes key account management, new product development, international business, customer relationship management, market, industry & trend analysis, cross functional teams, direct sales, sales training, etc.   Roger holds an Engineering degree in Aircraft Operations and a Bachelors Degree in Aircraft Engineering from the Amsterdam faculty of Technical and Maritime Studies in the Netherlands. In addition to this, he holds a Marketing degree from the NIMA Dutch institute for Marketing. He has also successfully completed the Management Development program of the TKH Group.
