Used with Siqura surveillance tools, TKF provides a total end-to-end solution for the marine, oil and gas industries
Siqura and TKF complement each other in supplying end-to-end connectivity and surveillance solutions to offshore industries

This September, Siqura, supplier of advanced video surveillance systems, and TKF, supplier of innovative and high-quality cable concepts, are attending the Offshore Europe Exhibition in Aberdeen on Stand 1D21. Both Siqura and TKF are part of the TKH Group N.V. They complement each other in supplying end-to-end solutions to the marine, oil and gas industries.

Surveillance solutions

In the challenging world of marine, oil and gas, incidents may lead to a disruption of the costly production process or worse – to environmental disasters. The mission of Siqura is to enable the men and women watching over their personal and process safety to make the right decisions in critical situations. Siqura provides state-of-the-art surveillance tools to detect incidents before they escalate and delivers reliable, high-quality equipment which is easy to install and use for 24/7 operation in all conditions. Also on offer are hi-tech solutions to detect unauthorised persons from entering the area by illegal means, and the video management system VDG Sense which gives full control over both live images and stored video data. The extreme reliability and safety of these products ensures continuity of performance and peace of mind for the user at all times whether offshore or on land. This avoids unscheduled and expensive shut-downs due to surveillance equipment failure, and interruptions to processes such as oil drilling which would have a significant impact on costs.

Complementary hi-tech cabling

TKF, founded in 1930, develops, manufactures and sells innovative and specialised power and data cables with proven reliability. A complete range of cables has been developed specifically for the offshore industry. Cable solutions are designed to enhance safety for staff and the environment and ensure the functioning of vital equipment to perform optimally in critical situations.

TKF offers a complete range of offshore NEK 606 low voltage and instrumentation cables, available as fire-resistant and subsea cables, up to 72 kV. These cables are resistant to extreme conditions and comply with international standards. Used with Siqura video surveillance tools, TKF provides a total end-to-end solution for the offshore industry because extreme conditions call for powerful connections.

Reliability and innovation

Together with their clients, Siqura and TKF have invested and developed advanced connectivity and surveillance solutions. “The products, in partnership with TKF, demonstrate our reliability and innovation” says Roger Decker, Managing Director at Siqura. “We are looking forward to the SPE Offshore Europe Conference and Exhibition 2015 and meeting current and potential clients.”
