Melissa is a longtime advocate for the customer spanning many types of businesses, from small technology companies to large consumer products companies and national retailers. She has run customer facing teams for over 10 years and continues to impact organisations with her customer-centric focus. Her ability to understand the customer perspective and incorporate that into the day to day culture of organisations has made her a true leader. She is a 2003 graduate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. In addition, she has been selected as a Rising Star within multiple organisations and participates as a Mentor for students at the Colorado University Leeds School of Business.
