His specialties include software solution design & architecture, technology evaluation, human factor & product visualisation, video management systems, standard definitions, cloud technology etc. In 2003, Salgar joined Honeywell as Developer – Senior Engineer, Engineer, Trainee and later served as Tech Lead – Principle Engineer and Technology Specialist. He received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), Instrumentation Engineering, First Class with Distinction degree from Shivaji University.
