Matt Sailor is a Co-Founder of IC Realtime and has served as CEO since its inception. As the former Vice President of Mace Security, his contribution was attributed to 1,000 percent sales growth during his tenure. His business acumen includes over 20 years of experience as a sales driver in the security industry.  Matt’s vision of IC Realtime started in 2005, in large part because he didn’t feel the company he was then working for was doing things right. He saw a void in the security industry and felt certain he could fill it. IC Realtime since inception coined sandbox playfulness and wanted to work with anyone who believed in open architecture solutions, not just for commercial and industrial applications, but also for the consumer. Support is where it all starts with IC Realtime. Not just in the security industry, but also in the consumer AV market where IC Realtime holds a significant lead in sales and integration. Matt always says “The one thing we won’t do is fail at support. We listen, that’s what we do, and that is how we help our customers resolve any issue”.   Matt is a servant leader who likes to take care of his people, whether they are staff, dealers, or end-users.
