Leck Chet Lam is currently serving in the capacity of Managing Director at Experia. He has deep knowledge of the aviation industry and vast experience, spanning both the government and commercial sectors. Leck Chet Lam spent 13 years at SIA Engineering Company, holding various commercial and operational roles including Senior Vice President of Fleet Management & Marketing. Prior to joining SIA Engineering Company, Chet Lam headed the Transport Engineering Group of the Singapore Economic Development Board, attracting foreign investments into Singapore to ensure the vibrancy and relevance of Singapore’s aerospace cluster. He also served in the Republic of Singapore Air Force as a Defence Engineer.
