With these companies Kevin developed initiatives, processes, and strategies that increased customer retention and improved customer satisfaction across multiple product lines. As a native of North Carolina, Kevin grew up in Elon, NC and graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Business Administration. He currently resides in Raleigh, NC.
