Vice President of Marketing, Johnson Controls, Inc.Hank Monaco is the Vice President of Marketing at Johnson Controls Building Solutions North America, where he oversees marketing for the global leader in building products and technology, integrated solutions, energy storage and information-based solutions. He has held several marketing leadership roles in the security services industry. Previously, prior to joining Tyco Integrated Security (formerly ADT), Monaco led marketing for the security division of Ameritech, a telecom communication company that is now AT&T Teleholdings, Inc. In this role, he helped the company grow from a regional provider to the number two market share position in North America.
