Vice President of Sales - Americas, Oncam

David Wedel is Vice President of Sales for Oncam, leading its sales initiatives in the Americas. He is responsible for engagement with end-users and channel partners, and collaboration with Oncam’s technology and ecosystem partners to provide Oncam’s award winning 360° surveillance solutions in this marketplace. Clients include retail, banking, education, logistics, manufacturing and transportation sectors among others. Wedel has more than 30 years of experience in video surveillance and physical security, as an end-user, integrator and product specialist. Prior to joining Oncam in September 2015, Wedel was a vertical sales director at Sony, and he has held leadership positions in sales and marketing at Cisco Systems & GE. Wedel began his career in retail loss prevention as a manager with Dayton Hudson Corporation, parent of today’s Target Corporation.
