Dan Hardy is the Managing Director of Amberstone Security Limited. Previously, Dan Hardy was the Managing Director of NBCS, is responsible for assisting the company with supporting businesses and the police in the fight against crime. Dan has over 20 years of crime prevention experience, including 5 years in the Grenadier Guards before gaining experience in the private security industry. He worked with the Metropolitan Police as the Acting Detective Inspector within the Specialist Crime Directorate, where his career spanned 13 years. Before beginning his journey with NBCS, he played the role of Head of Risk at G4S and Corporate Crime and Security Lead at Sainsburys.
