Technical Project Manager, Northland ControlsAfter graduating St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in economics, Brendan McFall “stumbled” into the security industry. Brendan began his career in 2014 as the executive assistant for Northland Control’s CEO, Pierre Trapanese. Over the last five years, he’s taken on a number of different roles, most recently becoming the lead technical project manager in Northland’s Professional Services Department. In 2017, McFall joined SIA’s RISE Steering Committee as the vice-chair of social media, and in 2018, he accepted the committee’s role of chairman. Brendan still assists the RISE Committee today and is passionate about helping other young professionals advance in their careers.
