Siemens Compact Cardreaders are stand-alone readers, both work either as a high quality Magnetic Stripe or Proximity Reader. Both are easy to install and provide a high level of security, whilst maximizing freedom of movement within a business environment. Both are suitable for indoor or outdoor use, being manufactured to very high standards.
Upgrade
As an organization grows, the Siemens products range grows with you. Compact Cardreaders can be used as standalone readers, or they can be upgraded for use within Siemens Entro PC based, multi-site access control system.

The Siemens Compact Cardreader is a standalone reader, working either as high quality Proximity or Magnetic Stripe Reader. Compact Cardreaders are easy to install and can be used either as standalone or can be upgraded to Siemens Entro PC based access control system. The readers can be installed both indoors and outdoors. Data can be output to a printer via the RS-232 interface. Reader can support memory up to 1000 cards. Other benefits include emphasis on "free-flowing security" allowing freedom of movement with effective safeguards, long-term investment, and flexibility due to combined PIN number and card. |
