Verint Nextiva has built-in investigation management software for collecting case-related audio, video, and data from Nextiva and external security systems in a searchable database for faster, easier, and more productive investigations. The Nextiva Investigation Management interface includes step-by-step assistance for new investigations. This wizard helps authorised personnel with basic computer skills create powerful multimedia folders - searchable databases of case-related video and other data. Once created, investigations can be edited, augmented with additional video and reports, and searched for commonalities and easy reference.
