DVTEL EV-208 H.264 port encoders are equipped with dual video stream H.264 (MPEG-4 Part 10) for viewing and recoding up to 45 FPS NTSC / 37.5 FPS PAL with 100% image quality. The encoders come with an optional audio interface, allowing for high quality bi-directional audio transmission. IEEE compliant,  EV-208 use the latest in multicast networking technology which enables a single stream to be transmitted to multiple viewers on the network simultaneously. This feature further reduces bandwidth and provides greater flexibility options for installation.

The CaseBuilder Incident Reporting and Management System is an evidence and risk management tool designed to replace paper systems.  This software system allows the user to work in real-time thus enabling a more efficient tracking of incidents and events as they occur.  The software can be used alone or as a module of the Latitude Network Video Management System (NVMS)TM 3.5.  The tracking of incidents and events using the CaseBuilder features video, still images, text and any type of digital data. Reports can be created from within the Latitude NVMS monitor or from a web browser and can easily be restricted by both user and computer. The CaseBuilder Incident Reporting and Management System’s critical information is protected from server/storage malfunctions and erasure due to human error.  The completed reports are stored outside of the Latitude NVMS database along with any video clips, still images, audio, text and other data, so that they can’t be overwritten by the Latitude Media Server Archiver.

TruWitness from DVTEL – this award winning application turns first responders into live camera operators with their Smart phone. TruWitness works seamlessly with the Android operating system. Additional integrations are being considered for future releases. Latitude 6.2 software and a new mobile camera connection license is required. TruWitness operates over Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, and LTE. Performance is affected by available bandwidth. Either MJPEG or H.264 video compression can be selected, with additional configurable parameters.
