AXIS Q6032-E PTZ Dome Network Camera is an outdoor-ready, high-performance PTZ dome designed for quick, easy and reliable installation in demanding surveillance applications. It is ideal for use at airports and seaports, as well as for city and perimeter surveillance. The IP66-rated AXIS Q6032-E provides cost-efficient installation since no external housing is required. Its unique Arctic Temperature Control allows the camera to not only function at -40 °C (-40 °F) but also power up at that temperature following a power failure. AXIS Q6032-E is powered through High Power over Ethernet using the supplied High PoE midspan. Power over Ethernet simplifies installation since only one cable is needed for carrying power, as well as video and pan/tilt/zoom controls. With High PoE, the camera can operate even during a power failure as the network can be connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply. AXIS Q6032-E has a fast and precise pan/tilt response. In addition, it can tilt 20° above the horizon for an extended tilt range of 220°, enabling better views, especially over uneven terrain. The camera has 35x optical and 12x digital zoom. With auto-tracking, AXIS Q6032-E can automatically detect and follow a moving object within its field of view. Day and night functionality, progressive scan and 128x wide dynamic range contribute to the camera's superb video quality. The H.264 compression format ensures that image quality is not compromised while providing great savings in bandwidth and storage use.

AXIS 215 PTZ Network Camera is a Pan/Tilt/Zoom camera that provides full 360 degree panning by the use of the new and unique Auto-flip feature.  The highly compact AXIS 215 PTZ is perfect for the indoor surveillance of shops, reception areas, schools, offices and other places that require both overview and zoom functionality. AXIS 215 PTZ also features automatic day and night functionality, 12x optical zoom, 4x digital zoom and autofocusing.  Simultaneous MPEG-4 and Motion JPEG video streams at resolutions up to 4CIF allow for optimised quality and bandwidth usage.  Pre- and post-alarm image buffering, video motion detection, as well as scheduled and triggered event functionality with alarm notification all combine to create an effective solution for indoor monitoring.  Two-way audio support enables remote users not only to view, but also listen in on an area and communicate orders or requests to visitors or intruders, thereby increasing the monitoring options.  AXIS 215 PTZ also supports audio alarms, making it possible to detect the noise from intruders even in the dark.All PTZ cameras have a mechanical stop that prevents the camera from panning the full 360° degrees and thereby breaking the cables between the camera and the main board.  This means that following e.g. a person walking behind the camera will not be possible - you will only see them when they appear in the camera's angle of view.  The unique Auto-flip feature reverses the pan direction whenever the camera reaches the mechanical stop at 180° and does so in about in 1 second.  Auto-flip means the AXIS 215 PTZ has no blind spots and is suitable for mounting in the centre of the ceiling. The comprehensive set of network security features in the AXIS 215 PTZ includes multi-level password protection, IP address filtering and HTTPS encryption. Axis Communications announces AXIS P3346 Fixed dome network cameras to complement the successful AXIS P33 Series. AXIS P3346 is easily installed thanks to remote zoom and focus and offers P-Iris control, HDTV 1080p and three megapixel resolution. AXIS P33 Network Cameras, designed for efficient installation in both indoor and harsh outdoor environments, constitute the best choice for a wide range of demanding video applications. "AXIS P3346 is the first fixed dome on the market with P-Iris, which ensures superb image quality," says Erik Frännlid, Director of Product Management. Outdoor models are specially designed with a cable gaskets enabling flush wall mounting and requiring no additional sealant, and the dehumidifying membrane eliminates any humidity caught in the camera during installation. Axis Communications, the global leader in the network video market, will showcase a range of new network cameras at this year's IFSEC. Visitors to the centrally located Axis stand (E90) will have the opportunity to see the range of new cameras and encoders in action. The network cameras range from the smallest and smartest wireless cameras, to day and night cameras capable of delivering exceptional image detail. Axis will also demonstrate new levels of interoperability with a prototype of its award-winning AXIS P3301 network camera with support for the ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) specification.In addition to showcasing a range of new and innovative products, Axis is conducting a press brunch, which will present the opportunity to learn more about key market trends and developments. The session will address how to cost-effectively enhance existing analogue CCTV systems without compromising on image quality or performance, and how open standards will make it easier to take advantage of network video and the benefits and market opportunities they offer. Axis Communications introduces a series of high-performance, outdoor-ready pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) domes, including two HDTV models, for demanding surveillance applications such as city surveillance, airports, harbours and outdoor stadiums."Axis' successful PTZ camera design now enables not only easy and reliable installation in demanding weather conditions, but also outstanding HDTV coverage of large areas and great detail when zooming in," says Erik Frännlid, Director of Product Management at Axis. "The new PTZ network cameras will offer customers greater choice of quality PTZ domes, with different performance and price levels to meet different installation needs."The outdoor-ready surveillance cameras range from top-of-the-line AXIS Q6034-E PTZ dome with high-speed pan/tilt performance and HDTV 720p, to AXIS P5534-E PTZ Dome, which also offers HDTV 720p, and AXIS P5532-E PTZ Domewith D1 resolution (720 x 480/576 pixels).The HDTV 720p performance of AXIS Q6034-E and AXIS P5534-E is in compliance with the SMPTE 296M standard regarding resolution, full frame rate, HDTV colour fidelity and 16:9 format. The 18x zoom in combination with the HDTV resolution on the HDTV PTZ domes provides zoomed-in views that offer not only the same level of detail as a 36x-zoom, standard resolution camera, but also the extra advantage of a wider (16:9) field of view.All three cameras have automatic day and night functionality, enabling superb image quality round the clock. They have IP66 and NEMA 4X ratings for protection against water and dust, and are equipped with built-in heater, fan and sunshield. The AXIS P55-E cameras can operate in temperatures ranging from -20 °C to 50 °C (-4 °F to 122 °F). AXIS Q6034-E, meanwhile, can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 50 °C (-40 °F to 122 °F) with Arctic Temperature Control, which allows the camera to not only function at -40 °C (-40 °F) but also power up at that temperature following a power failure. (more) The cameras and the mounting brackets (sold separately) are also designed with a bayonet connector, which allows the cameras to be quickly mounted to the brackets with a simple twist of the cameras into position.The PTZ domes are powered through High Power over Ethernet (High PoE), which simplifies installation since only one cable is needed for carrying power, as well as video and pan/tilt/zoom controls. With High PoE, the camera can continue to operate even during a power failure as the network can be connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply.
