IFSEC 2015 exhibitors speak about latest developments in access control systems
At IFSEC 2015, Sourcesecurity.com’s Editor, Larry Anderson speaks with exhibitors about the latest developments in access control. EVVA stated it uses near field communication (NFC) with high-levels of encryption for its access control systems. Along with offering NFC readers, TDSi added that access control in general is moving towards using mobile credentials. The access control industry is shifting from client server architecture on the software to cloud-based systems. This development has enabled TDSi systems integration partners to build maintenance revenue streams rather than just project streams.
