CEO and Founder, Orion Entrance ControlStephen (Steve) Caroselli opened Orion Entrance Control, Inc. in 2009, drawing upon his many years working with security turnstiles manufacturers in the corporate access control industry. In less than a decade, Steve led Orion Entrance Control to rapid success, tripling its workforce, expanding sales of security barriers and turnstiles to 11 countries, and providing turnstile solutions for many of the largest and most sophisticated facilities in the world. He has experience in emergency management, fire protection, vulnerability assessments and security. Steve leverages strong relationships across security, manufacturing, operations, and access control to ensure that Orion’s products enhance the entrance experience and provide peace of mind to customers. With a passion for craftsmanship and quality control and a believer in the potential of “great conversations,” Steve proudly built the company and manufactures its products in his home state of New Hampshire, USA, using beautiful, locally-sourced and sustainable products.
