Executive Vice President Jim Henry co-founded Henry Brothers Electronics (HBE) in 1989, and served as President until his election to CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors in December 2001. His company was acquired by Kratos in 2010, and he now serves as Executive Vice President, leading a variety of key activities centered on corporate development and driving the growth of the company. Mr. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
