Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. (SES) is pleased to announce the appointment of Carlose Estes as the Senior Director of Monitoring Operations. Through this role, he will oversee SES Alarm Monitoring Operations throughout its robust network of monitoring centers, which serve North America. Carlose Estes brings over 25+ years of experience in electronic security and alarm monitoring operations to the SES team. Formerly, he was responsible for Johnson Controls International’s (JCI) field service dispatch and alarm monitoring centre operations. He is a youth mentor and serves on the Ethics Committee of Kansas City, Missouri, USA. He is also the acting Co-Vice President of the 100 Black Men of America (BMOA) chapter in Greater Kansas City, which focuses on mentoring inner-city youth. New Sr. Director of Monitoring Operations at SES Carlose Estes graduated from the Georgia State University with a B.S. degree and has also received his M.B.A degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He will be relocating to the Akron/Cleveland area, in Ohio, reporting to the SES Headquarters.
