Innodisk, a global AI solution and industrial-grade memory provider, has received the 2025 Taiwan Excellence Award for three of its innovative products. The award recognises Innodisk’s strengths in product innovation, R&D, and quality control. Award-winning products The three award-winning products are the CXL Memory Module, DDR5 Air/Immersive Dual Cooling Memory, and E1.S 4TS2-P SSD. These products highlight Innodisk’s focus on providing stable and long-term solutions for the industrial market. They also show how Innodisk designs its products to meet the needs of next-generation standards. CXL Memory Module It also uses a PCIe interface to overcome the bandwidth limits of traditional memory channels The CXL Memory Module delivers a single 64GB capacity and up to 32GB/s bandwidth. It is designed for flexible and cost-effective expansion in server systems. It enables "memory resource sharing" by using memory pooling technology. It also uses a PCIe interface to overcome the bandwidth limits of traditional memory channels. DDR5 Air/Immersive Dual Cooling Memory The DDR5 Air/Immersive Dual Cooling Memory is designed to work in different cooling environments. It features a unique fin design that covers all heat-generating components with thermal materials. It supports both air and liquid cooling modes, which helps address the cooling challenges in modern AI servers. With a single memory capacity of 128GB and high-speed transmission of 5600 MT/s, it meets the high-efficiency computing needs of AI servers. E1.S 4TS2-P SSD It is suited for edge server environments and includes wide-temperature technology The other award-winning product, the E1.S 4TS2-P SSD, offers better performance, cooling, storage density, and maintenance convenience compared to traditional M.2 and U.2 SSDs. It is suited for edge server environments and includes wide-temperature technology that works between -40 and 85°C. It helps solve overheating problems in edge servers. It also contains hot-swappable functionality and multiple capacity options, making it a strong choice as a boot drive for data centres. RoHS standards The enclosures of all three products are made of recyclable aluminum alloy, and all materials meet RoHS standards. This ensures the products align with environmental and safety requirements. Innodisk stays in step with global trends in product design, quality control, research and development, and manufacturing. It aims to bring fresh energy to the growth of industrial development.
Innodisk, a pioneering global AI solution provider, has introduced an innovative AI-based InnoPPE recognition solution to improve safety and compliance in high-risk industrial environments. This AI-driven solution ensures real-time detection of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety helmets and gloves, and seamlessly integrates with existing surveillance systems. Effective monitoring systems Regulations like ISO 45001 and Directive 89/656/EEC emphasise the need for better safety practices With rising global attention on Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), stricter PPE standards are pushing businesses to adopt more effective monitoring systems. Regulations like ISO 45001 and Directive 89/656/EEC emphasise the need for better safety practices. In industries such as manufacturing and energy extraction, InnoPPE provides a vital solution by ensuring workers consistently wear the required protective gear. AMD Xilinx FPGA and Intel x86 The solution efficiently processes four or more video streams at once, identifying PPE violations and instantly notifying management with detailed information for immediate action. This real-time feedback helps reduce safety risks without affecting operational efficiency. InnoPPE is highly customisable, supporting both AMD Xilinx FPGA and Intel x86 platforms for optimal performance, low latency, and reduced power consumption. InnoPPE solution InnoPPE solution sets itself apart by offering a buy-out model that combines both hardware and software It also integrates effortlessly with existing IP camera systems, minimising additional equipment costs, as a single-edge AI device handles multiple 1080p (Full HD) camera feeds, providing cost-effective scalability across industrial setups. Building on Innodisk's core value of "absolute service," the InnoPPE solution sets itself apart by offering a buy-out model that combines both hardware and software into a single package. This eliminates the complexities of managing separate vendors or paying recurring subscription fees. Efficient safety solution Innodisk delivers a fully integrated solution with customisable AI models tailored to specific environments. These models are rapidly developed, ensuring high accuracy and flexibility alongside real-time support, making it a comprehensive and efficient safety solution for industrial environments. Besides, the intuitive interface enables seamless camera management, real-time streaming, and quick access to safety violation records. Through its collaboration with renowned Network Optix, InnoPPE offers a user-friendly experience while elevating safety standards across high-risk industries.
Innodisk, a pioneering global AI solution provider, has officially inaugurated Phase II of its R&D and production centre in Yilan, Taiwan. In response to the massive market demand driven by the edge AI wave, Innodisk has transformed the manufacturing plant into the group's AI core base. With the increased production capacity, Innodisk is ready to collaborate with global clients to deploy edge AI solutions. At the same time, Innodisk is also inviting global tech talent to join its teams around the world. Innodisk's innovative development Gearing Up Production to Drive AI Business Growth The year 2024 marks a period of innovative energy for Innodisk, with the simultaneous launch of new products and technologies. The latest manufacturing plant will begin production on various edge AI products, focusing on three core technologies: "AI Acceleration,” “Vision-Driven,” and “Custom Integration.” For "AI Acceleration," Innodisk's subsidiary Aetina recently launched the NVIDIA MGX Server, the group's first edge AI server. Innodisk also introduced industrial-grade CXL 2.0 memory and E1.S/E3.S edge server SSDs for AI and high-speed edge computing. "Custom Integration" displays group's core spirit of small-volume, diverse, and highly customised keys "Vision-Driven" showcases Innodisk's innovative development in edge AI machine vision, including the pioneering MIPI over Type-C extension patent technology for embedded cameras. "Custom Integration" embodies the group's core spirit of small-volume, diverse, and highly customised solutions. With the accelerated development of global edge AI and the increased production capacity of the manufacturing plant, Innodisk expects to speed up the realisation of innovative technologies and enable the effective deployment of products and AI solutions in practical scenarios. Demonstrating edge AI solutions in practice Innodisk set an AOI AI secondary inspection key for smart manufacturing to enhance production While promoting smart transformation for clients, Innodisk is also implementing these practices by transforming its production centre into a model for smart manufacturing and management. Collaborating with Aetina, NVIDIA, and through the Metropolis for Factories framework, Innodisk developed an AOI AI secondary inspection solution for smart manufacturing to enhance production line efficiency. Additionally, Innodisk's subsidiary Millitronic, in collaboration with Schneider Electric and ASPEED Technology, developed a panoramic smart visualisation remote management solution for the plant's data centre. This solution transforms traditional on-site inspections into real-time remote management, displaying data and enabling remote monitoring. Furthermore, the iCAP Air solution, announced this year, will connect multiple sensors to measure temperature, CO2, and other air indicators, providing real-time alerts for abnormal values and facilitating prompt facility management. This comprehensive application will ensure employee health and product quality. Creating a base for training AI talent With the inauguration of the Phase II manufacturing plant, Innodisk is focusing on recruiting AI-related talent. The company, which has locations in the USA, Europe, Japan, China, and more, invites global tech professionals to join its team. This expansion supports Innodisk's goal of promoting innovation and advancing edge AI solutions worldwide.
