Cop Security releases July price list complete with new products and solutions

COP Security, the professional trade only CCTV security products distributor, have released their new July 2017 Price List. Filled with a selection of brand new products it featuring Dahua’s upgraded IP NVR’s, and HDCVI DVR’s. Cop have added Vigilant Visions’ brand new 4K and AHD compatible monitor ranges. Cop have also increased their IRLAB range, by adding a range of NVR’s and HDCVI DVR’s. This means customers can now purchase full plug and play systems from IRLAB. Cop’s security product offering is amongst the most comprehensive the UK, with full availability and next day delivery on all items. Alternatively, same day collections are available from COP’s trade counter. “The new range of recorders from IRLAB really allow our customers to offer a lower priced alternative to their customers” says James Bentley, Product Manager at COP Security. “The IP recorders offer full plug and play with all of the IRLAB IP cameras, and the HDCVI Recorders offer the latest pentabrid technology, meaning they can detect 5 signals on the single device, HDCVI, HDTVI, AHD, Analogue & IP.”

Cop Security & IRLAB offer range of high quality LED IR illuminators

The larger a CCTV system becomes, the more important it is to use LED illuminators as the cost savings are multiplied. The zero maintenance of LED’s is another benefit on large systems. To raise standards, all CCTV should be designed for 24-hour surveillance, not just daytime operation. To be truly secure, a site must be protected night and day. Because of this Cop Security can offer two high quality ranges of IR Illuminators, IRLAB and Cop Security’s own range. Both ranges offer high performance and super high-powered LED’s to enable clear night time images, even in the most demanding circumstances. Both ranges are also extremely good value and offer the same features as other leading IR illuminator manufacturers. Illuminator range The IRLAB range offers illuminators that can cover distances from 25 metres up to 200 metres over angles from 30 degrees to 120 degrees. While the Cop Security range can cover distances from 60 metres up to 350 metres over angles from 10 degrees to 120 degrees. The Cop Security range also features a trigger input and output, enabling you to link multiple units together on a single site. This means that all of the units will trigger simultaneously and work together effectively.

The camera is a complete number plate recognition system, meaning it uses built in algorithms to detect and capture vehicle number plates and store the details in a database. Number plate recognition The camera can capture and store number plate snapshot images on an SD card without the need for an NVR. It incorporates high-quality 2 megapixel images, varifocal lens, headlight anti dazzle, and long range IR LEDs for number plate recognition up to 40 metres away. The camera also offers a whitelist/blacklist feature that can trigger set events based on stored number plates. Lane monitoring It is suitable for use in a variety of areas including entrances to car parks, barrier controlled areas, or lane monitoring. The camera can capture number plates at speeds of up to 25mph.
