Ally Happel

Ally Happel is the Senior Vice President of Sales at GardaWorld Security - US, where she leads her team in spearheading organic growth initiatives and business development endeavours. Collaborating closely with GuardaWorld's operations team, Happel ensures clients are provided with tailored solutions, while making sure they maintain optimal security throughout the year. Prior to her tenure at GuardaWorld Security, she held a series of pivotal roles in sales, business devlopment, and marketing in organisations such as AlliedBarton and Charm City Concierge. She is an active member of ASIS where she currently serves as Assistant Regional Vice President for Region 5A. She also focuses on cultivating public private partnerships throughout the community, serving on the executive board of the Global SHIELD Foundation, a 501c3 benefiting the Global SHIELD Network. Happel holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminology and Community Organization from Washington College.
