Yale Commercial, an ASSA ABLOY Group company, has expanded its 6000 Series exit devices with a full range of electromechanical options.

The ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified Yale® 6000 Series exit device is offered in rim, mortise, SquareBolt®, surface and concealed vertical rod configurations, and now features an array of electromechanical options. These options include electric latch retraction; electric dogging; alarm; and touchbar, trim, and latchbolt monitoring. These features allow the 6000 Series exit device to easily integrate into existing alarm or access control systems, providing upgraded security for office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use environments.

Comprehensive security

“With the addition of these options for the 6000 Series, customers can choose from a variety of mechanical and electromechanical functions to suit the specific needs of openings in a facility, and quickly and easily provide more comprehensive security at those access points,” said Tom Harris, General Manager, Yale Commercial.

Yale electrified exit devices and trims are equipped with ElectroLynx® connectors. Standard on the 6000 Series, these “plug & play” connectors link power from the incoming source to electrified locking products from ASSA ABLOY Group brands, including hinges, locks, exit devices, magnetic holders, and strikes.
