VIVOTEK, an IP surveillance provider, announced that it will add five new H.265/HEVC surveillance products to its current portfolio. These include one zoom bullet network camera, IZ9361-EH, two full-HD speed dome network cameras SD9161-H and SD9363-EHL, and two 5-megapixel fisheye network cameras FE9182-H and FE9382-EHV. These new products will allow VIVOTEK to complete its line of H.265/HEVC solutions with 24 diversified types of network cameras, 4 network video recorders, and advanced professional VMS (Video Management Software), VAST. All products utilise VIVOTEK’s Smart Stream II technology, which can reduce both bandwidth and storage consumption by up to 80% while offering the highest standards of image quality.

Outdoor zoom lens camera

To begin with, the new H.265 outdoor zoom lens camera, IZ9361-EH, is designed to support outdoor long-range surveillance monitoring. Equipped with 150-meter IR illuminators and a 20x optical zoom lens, the IZ9361-EH provides supreme and real-time images around the clock. By adopting VIVOTEK's latest VAIR (Vari-Angle IR) technology, the camera also automatically adjusts the IR angle of the IR illuminators to match the camera’s FOV (Field of View), allowing longer distance and highly uniform IR intensity. Further, armed with an IP67, IK10, and NEMA 4X -rated housing, the IZ9361EH can offer a superior level of protection against rain, dust, and corrosion found in extreme environments.

Speed dome network cameras

"The indoor SD9161-H delivers 1080p full HD resolution with
a 10x optical zoom lens, and
features the added
manoeuvrability of a 360° continuous pan and 90° tilt"

VIVOTEK also introduces 2 new speed dome network cameras, the indoor SD9161-H and outdoor SD9363-EHL. The indoor SD9161-H delivers 1080p full HD resolution with a 10x optical zoom lens, and features the added manoeuvrability of a 360° continuous pan and 90° tilt. It can capture detailed video footage and is especially suitable for wide open indoor spaces, such as airports and shopping malls, where the highest levels of reliability and precision are required.

The SD9363-EHL is ideal for outdoor applications, featuring a 20x optical zoom lens and VAIR (Vari-Angle IR) technology, it will capture fine details at top-notch quality, 24 hours a day. Its robust construction is further strengthened with an IP66, IK10 and NEMA 4X-rated housing for rugged protection. These two cameras incorporate advanced features such as WDR Pro, EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) to control image stability, auto tracking and a defog function, making them the perfect choice for indoor or outdoor surveillance needs.

Fisheye network cameras

Finally, two 5-megapixel fisheye network cameras also debuted in this launch, the FE9182-H and FE9382-EHV. Both are equipped with a removable IR-cut filter, 20-meter IR illuminators and WDR Pro technology, enabling the cameras to maintain optimal image quality and unparalleled visibility in high contrast lighting environments. Moreover, the FE9382-EHV is designed with full EN50155 compliance, vandal proof IK10-rated, and weather-proof IP66-rated housing, ensuring that the camera can withstand shock, vibration, humidity, dust, and temperature fluctuations, and maintain stable and reliable video capture during any vehicle movement. These latest two models are scheduled to be available this December.
