Vidsys promotes Chung as VP of Systems Engineering & Quality and appoints Phelps and Kapoor to Sales & Marketing department

Vidsys, global software technology manufacturer of Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) and Converged Security and Information Management (CSIM) software, announced the promotion of Neil Chung to the leadership team as the Vice President of Systems Engineering & Quality and also the addition of Erin Phelps and Jasmeet Kapoor to the Sales & Marketing department as Global Director of Strategic Programs and Senior Marketing Manager, respectively.

Chung joined Vidsys after nearly 15 years at Leidos and SAIC in senior management positions, delivering complex infrastructure protection solutions, globally. Chung will be responsible for heading up the newly formed Quality Management and Support Office (QMSO) at Vidsys with global responsibilities in the areas of systems engineering, quality assurance and technical support.

Erin Phelps

Phelps joins Vidsys after having held executive management positions at The Mariner Group and also CIBER where he drove significant growth in the homeland security, public safety, and critical infrastructure markets worldwide. Phelps will be responsible for spearheading the strategic partnerships, growth, direction and sales strategy of Vidsys globally.

Jasmeet Kapoor

Prior to Vidsys, Kapoor was the Enterprise Marketing Manager at Tata Communications, a global telecommunications company. Kapoor spearheaded number of key marketing projects at Tata Communications including social media marketing programs, Agent/Partner program for the Americas, and strategic market development. Kapoor will be driving global marketing and communications activities for Vidsys including integrated marketing campaigns, joint strategic marketing, corporate communications and lead generation programs.
