Tepe Security has implemented an important application to support all women who are exposed to violence or who want to benefit from emergency services in case of any adverse situation. All women who want to request support in the face of any adverse situation will be able to benefit from the said emergency services free of charge, without time limit, through the "panic", "ambulance" and "fire brigade" buttons in the "Tepe Security Mobile" application.

Due to the application, when women encounter an event that threatens their safety or experience a health problem; they will be able to benefit from ambulance and firefighting assistance or the support of law enforcement without leaving their homes to get help from anyone standing against all kinds of discrimination.

Providing extra security

The application, which carries security services to mobile phones, aims to provide extra security and comfort as well as make life easier for users. To benefit from the services, all users must first download the Tepe Mobile application to their mobile phones via the APP Store and Play Store.

"panic signal" via the mobile application needs to be activated by pressing the "ambulance signal" and "fire engine signal"

Users who then open the application and fill in their information at the 'Create Mobile Emergency User' step are called by Tepe Security customer services as soon as possible. As a result of the instructions of the official, the application becomes active after the necessary procedures are completed.

Emergency buttons

In practice; there are three emergency buttons under the headings of “panic”, “ambulance” and “fire brigade”.

"panic signal" via the mobile application needs to be activated by pressing the "ambulance signal" and "fire engine signal" buttons or by swiping to the right for IOS operating system users. Then, a warning message appears stating that the buttons have been activated and users' approval is requested. After approval, users can benefit from these services.

Alarm monitoring centre forwards support requests

When the panic button emergency service is used, Tepe Alarm Monitoring Centre is activated and the people to be reached by the user in case of an alarm are called by the centre, respectively.

The alarm centre asks the first contact person whether they request the support of law enforcement and directs the law enforcement officers to another registered or specified address according to the request. A message is sent to the user that the law enforcement officers are directed to the specified address. The process proceeds in the same way when users use the ambulance or fire button emergency service. In addition, the panic button feature of the mobile application can be controlled on smartwatches.
