Phoenix Casino needed a robust monitoring system to record high quality images over long periods

Surveon is pleased to announce Phoenix Casino in Vietnam has adopted Surveon’s network cameras and NVR as their partner for surveillance applications. With Surveon’s end-to-end product lineup, including a series of HDR cameras, 5 megapixel fisheye cameras, enterprise hardware RAID megapixel recorders and central management software Surveon Control Center (SCC), Phoenix casino can easily track all events at all times with improved profitability while saving on cost at the same time.

Casino surveillance solution

Phoenix Casino, located a short drive from Hanoi city, is one of the only seven licensed casinos in the nation. Equipped with beautifully designed facilities, the casino is an entertainment resort offering non-stop excitement. To ensure the safety of all guests and staff in such a hectic environment, the casino needed a surveillance solution that offers high quality, stability and low fault rate for their 24/7 operation. Dim light and crowded spaces result in greater difficulties for the surveillance environment. With its extensive infrastructure, Phoenix Casino needed a robust monitoring system to record high quality images over long recording periods. To meet all of their demands, Surveon provided the surveillance system that keeps everything under control.

No blind spots, low fault rate, high image quality

Surveon’s CAM7511 fisheye camera leaves nothing behind and is able to monitor the whole casino without any blind spots with 5 megapixel video resolutions, eliminating the cost of installing extra cameras. CAM6351 provides the site with better and wider view angles and coverage. The excellent low light performance of CAM2311SC Compact Network Camera and the various PTZ Indoor Dome cameras help meet this project’s demands. Thanks to the above deployments, the whole casino can be monitored without any blind spots with low fault rate and high image quality.

Moreover, Surveon’s NVR2164 ensures continuous recording of high resolution video with stability and reliability with its built-in premium-grade RAID subsystem storage. Combined with Surveon Enterprise VMS and SCC (Surveon Control Center) management software, the advanced matrix wall management enables Phoenix Casino to monitor each image without negligence.

“Finding a reliable surveillance partner is always the goal we are aiming for. We are glad that Surveon offers such a comprehensive product lineup to fulfill all our needs at once! The performance and image quality have enhanced our efficiency in conducting surveillance tasks. The running applications are reliable and satisfying.” said the Managing Director handling the casino’s surveillance deployment.

Surveon’s megapixel cameras adhere to ONVIF standards and are fully compatible with Surveon VMS and other major third party VMS, giving partners a broad range of solution options for their projects
