SAVORTEX® has announced its new partnership with the commercial real estate company, CBRE GWS (Global Workplace Solutions). SAVORTEX® and its products will be part of CBRE’s ESG catalogue - designed to provide CBRE customers with options that are cost conscious, but which can help them all achieve net zero.

Syed Ahmed, CEO of SAVORTEX®, said: “Today’s announcement is another milestone in our progress as a company. During the pandemic, we had to greatly downscale. Still, we expanded our range, rapidly developing the first IoT (internet of things) connected intelligent hand sanitizers that create safer working environments in a post-pandemic world.”

Hand-hygiene solutions

Syed Ahmed adds, “We are proud to be a British manufacturer focused on developing innovative and unique IoT-connected hand-hygiene solutions that help our clients, commercial building owners and operators meet net-zero targets with the first trackable energy-saving and intelligent hand dryers. Our solutions deliver cost savings to the bottom line, enabling sustainable workplaces so that buildings can thrive again in a post-pandemic hybrid workplace.

The featured products

The featured products are SAVORTEX®’s Smart and Video-connected Hand Dryer and Hand Sanitiser Dispensers

The featured products are SAVORTEX®’s Smart and Video-connected Hand Dryer and Hand Sanitiser Dispensers - both ranges are the first to be internet and video connected. In-built sensing technology feeds real-time hand-hygiene information to building managers via WIFI to smartphones or tablet systems for analysis.

For the first time, by connecting workspace hand dryers and sanitizer dispensers to the IoT, building managers have real-time data at their fingertips to remotely manage washrooms, energy and operations to help meet the net-zero targets and create safer, smarter and more sustainable buildings so workplaces can thrive.

Negative environmental impact

Stephen Crowther, Divisional Projects Director, CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, said: “As the world’s largest commercial real estate services company, we take very seriously our role in minimising negative environmental impacts in the built environment through both the services we provide to our clients and our own global operations.”

He adds, “We are therefore working with innovative and diverse British companies such as SAVORTEX® to implement new technologies, particularly in areas of energy and operational management, hygiene and sanitation, to ensure safe, carbon-saving workplaces for our teams and client portfolios. Our mission is to redefine the ‘workplace” and we are excited to be working with an innovative company such as SAVORTEX® in helping us achieve our objectives.”
