Pluralsight, Inc., the technology skills and engineering management platform announced that EY has named Lindsey Kneuven, Chief Impact Officer of Pluralsight, as a finalist in the Social Entrepreneur category for the Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2020 Award in the Utah Region.

Widely considered one of the most prestigious business awards programs in the U.S., the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® award program recognises entrepreneurs and leaders of high-growth companies who are excelling in areas such as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities, while also transforming the world.

Kneuven was selected as a finalist by a panel of independent judges. Award winners will be announced at a virtual celebration on October 2nd.

Global philanthropic initiatives

As Chief Impact Officer, Kneuven also leads Pluralsight One, the company’s social enterprise, as Executive Director. The social enterprise equips nonprofits and K-12 entities with the technology skills they need to advance their missions while creating access to technology skills development resources for the communities they support.

Kneuven leads Pluralsight’s global philanthropic initiatives and all aspects of the social enterprise, including partnerships and grants, implementing strategies to make a meaningful impact on the way the world develops technology skills. Now in its 34th year, the program has expanded to recognise business leaders in more than 145 cities and more than 60 countries throughout the world.

Award ceremony details

Regional award winners are eligible for consideration for the Entrepreneur Of The Year National competition. Award winners in several national categories, as well as the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Overall Award winner, will be announced at the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Awards in November.
