Cloudbrink has expanded its personal SASE service with Internet security features that allow all classes of applications to be managed on one platform under a single policy for work-from-anywhere (WFA) users.
With the addition of Internet security controls, Cloudbrink now supports single-policy management of web, SaaS and private enterprise applications from a single lightweight app running on the user’s device.
Cloudbrink’s Internet security
A single agent for both ZTNA and SWG simplifies deployment, endpoint maintenance and licencing
In most SASE deployments, enterprise apps are managed under a zero-trust access model with access to external Internet apps handled by a secure web gateway (SWG). Cloudbrink’s Internet security allows for secure web access as defined in Gartner’s research note Critical Capabilities for Security Service Edge, using built-in policies for ease of deployment.
The new features enable customers to protect their users and endpoints from accessing malicious Internet websites. They can also consolidate their Internet security and high-performance ZTNA solutions on a single platform without resorting to performance-sapping proxies. A single agent for both ZTNA and SWG simplifies deployment, endpoint maintenance and licencing.
Cloudbrink personal SASE service
Customers gain visibility into all the websites and app sorts that users are accessing and stature scores
Customers gain visibility into all the websites and app categories that users are accessing as well as their reputation scores and details of blocked sites. A unified policy definition makes it easier to manage different use cases and prevents configuration errors that can cause user frustration and weaken security.
The Cloudbrink personal SASE service now includes zero trust access, Internet security, FWaaS, digital experience monitoring, hybrid multi-cloud access, application visibility, and unified policy infrastructure along with high-performance application access from anywhere on any device.
Secure access solution
Prakash Mana, chief executive of Cloudbrink said: “Customers want to be able to give remote workers access to on-prem, SaaS and web apps without having to manage multiple network and security policies and tools."
"Our goal is to keep access as secure and simple as possible, reducing operational overhead and enhancing performance. Cloudbrink is the only secure access solution that outperforms unsecured connections by an order of magnitude.”
