Companies in the Defence, Security, Space and Aerospace industries will have a unique opportunity to learn how innovation is shaping future customer needs and growth opportunities, from some of the UK’s leading experts in their sectors at an event next month.

The NDI Annual Conference ‘Growth through Innovation’ is being held over two days and will bring together an exceptional line up of speakers from companies including Thales, Raytheon, Rolls Royce, Marshall, Axilium and BAE Systems, and UK Government.

Day 1

Topics covered by speakers on day one will include cyber security, support for defence exports, current UK naval programmes, competitiveness, ways to exploit dual-use technology and how to work together to deliver capability and value to the UK. There will also be a series of specialist interactive breakout sessions on dual use technology, the Space Applications Centre and cyber security.

Day 2

Defence Growth Partnership will lead the second day and provide a series of meet the buyer sessions where companies will have the chance to meet suppliers, buyers and decision-makers from Government, MOD and the Defence, Aerospace, Space and Security Industries. These will include Airbus, Cobham, General Dynamics, Raytheon, SAAB, Thales and Marshall Aerospace & Defence Group.

“This will be a unique chance for companies to hear from those working at the forefront of our sector about the substantial opportunities and challenges we face. As well as learning about new technologies and best practice the event will also help identify and build relationships with new suppliers, customers and business partners.”
