March Networks®, a pioneer in intelligent video surveillance, is pleased to announce a number of enhancements and new features in the company’s mid-year software release.

This release focuses on future-proofing, including enhanced analytics to meet the evolving demands of modern security, making the user experience easier and boosting efficiency through technology and automation.

Evolving demands of modern security

Future-Proof:

Enhanced AI Analytics:

  • Attribute search: Search for person and vehicle attributes, like gender, clothing or vehicle colour and accessories is now available on AI Series Smart Cameras.
  • Lobby Loitering Protection: Available on the X-Series recorders, this analytic accurately detects people loitering and sleeping in ATM vestibules, lobbies and other business areas.
  • Motion Heatmap: Enhanced heatmapping, for an insightful, visual view, of person and vehicle traffic patterns with March Networks X-Series, IPX, RideSafe XT and EL Series NVRs.
  • Searchlight Cloud Drive-Thru Dashboard: Integrating with systems like HME, Searchlight Cloud captures detailed data on vehicle dwell time and service speed at every drive-thru stage. This premium dashboard enables data visualisation for immediate problem-solving and more efficient long-term management of drive-thru operations.
  • Channel Licensing: Easily add more channels to EL Series recorders, enhancing system scalability.

Reducing setup time

Easy to Use:

  • March Networks Smart Deploy: This application ensures effortless discovery of cameras and recorders, simplifying device addition and configuration, reducing setup time.
  • Certificate Management: Streamlines the process of issuing, renewing, and deploying certificates, protecting the network and preventing downtime.
  • Command Web Client: Improved case management and user interface for alarms, and camera organisation, making the experience more intuitive and user-friendly.

Improving operational efficiency

Efficient:

  • Smart Rules: Smart Rules improves operational efficiency, allowing businesses to focus on their operations while March Networks technology automates the rest. Customers receive real-time push notifications linked to video for critical events like unauthorised access, loitering and suspicious transactions. It is an advanced tool for proactive loss and fraud prevention and for improving response time to security issues.
  • Searchlight Cloud Rapid Filters: Streamlines the reporting process by allowing quick filtering within a single report, saving time and enhancing productivity.

Evolving security landscape

This release also includes multiple security updates to add to March Networks CyberSuite, enhancing network security, data protection, compliance and access management.

These features are designed to help our customers work smarter, not harder, while staying ahead in the rapidly evolving security landscape and protecting their investments,” said Jeff Corrall, Chief Product Officer at March Networks. “We listen to our customers and create solutions that meet their immediate needs, while setting them up for the future.”
