Lumeo, a designer of computer vision solutions, is pleased to welcome George Joseph to their expanding team as the Vice President of Engineering. George has an impressive professional history of building strong engineering and program management organisations.

George is a seasoned veteran with over 25 years of hands-on technical and managerial experience in cellular and mobile technologies. George comes to Lumeo with a track record of end-to-end product development, operations, and international trial support,” said Devarshi Shah, CEO, and Co-Founder of Lumeo. “We are excited to welcome George to the growing Lumeo team, and I am sure that under George’s leadership, Lumeo is poised for outstanding things to come.”

Advanced image processing

George spent the bulk of his career as an Executive Director with Qualcomm Technologies

George spent the last five years as the President and Founder of Innovation & Design Warehouse Technologies LLC, a consulting services firm specialising in solutions for Internet of Things, advanced image processing, and industrial integration. George spent the bulk of his career as an Executive Director with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. where he led various multi-functional teams and oversaw multi-million-dollar projects.

I am excited to join the Lumeo team as its growth has definitely captured the eyes of the industry,” commented George. “I feel that my experience with developing edge management platforms, integrating IoT devices, and developing mobile applications meshes perfectly with Lumeo’s vision to accelerate development of video and vision AI solutions.”

George graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Computer Hardware) degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from McMaster University in Ontario Canada. George also holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management of IT / Finance) degree from the Keller Graduate School in Chicago.
