LiveAction, a pioneer in network performance visibility, announced its expanded partnership with NEOX NETWORKS, a German manufacturer of network visibility products and IT solutions provider specialising in network monitoring, forensics, and security.

With a focus on the Global markets, NEOX NETWORKS will deliver LiveAction’s full packet capture software. The offering is sold globally to Telcos/Service Providers and Enterprise customers.

Deutsche Telekom

One of the joint customers is Deutsche Telekom. Deutsche Telekom provides a next-generation monitoring platform for customers in the B2B market: LiveAction's LiveNX.

This gives customers a deeper insight into the quality of Telekom's SD-WAN based on Cisco.

End-to-end monitoring solution

Telekom either provides the reports and dashboards as a service, or the customer sets them up

In addition to basic monitoring functions, the solution also visualises the performance of all or individual applications - end to end.

Automated reports and detailed dashboards simplify the work of the customer's IT organisation and save resources. Telekom either provides the reports and dashboards as a service, or the customer sets them up.

Tailored end-to-end network security

There’s a massive opportunity for LiveAction and NEOX NETWORKS globally. Our partnership with NEOX NETWORKS not only plays an important role in our growth into new verticals and geographies, but it upholds our commitment to providing our customers with end-to-end network security and performance visibility," said Carlos Ferro, Senior Vice President, and General Manager, LiveAction.

"Our cooperation with LiveAction provides us with software that perfectly complements our monitoring products in terms of performance potential and usability and helps us to offer our solutions for the telecommunications sector in an even more tailored way," said Timur Ozcan, Founder, and CEO, NEOX NETWORKS.
