Kaadas Group, a global pioneer with over 30 years of dedication to the lock industry, announces that several Z-Wave smart lock models, including the KA200 Key Free Deadbolt Lock, KA201 Keypad Deadbolt Lock, and KA211 Touchpad Deadbolt Lock are now each certified via Alarm.com.

This certification ensures the interoperability of select Kaadas locks with Alarm.com, the platform for the intelligently connected property.

With certification complete, integrators and installers have access to a new selection of some of the most innovative, robust, and reliable locks to have recently entered the U.S. market from Kaadas.

After unveiling Kaadas Z-Wave smart locks to the industry earlier this year, receiving certification via Alarm.com is a critical step forward in our overarching ‘Unlock the Kaadas Difference’ strategy,” said Nick English, CEO of North America for Kaadas.

He adds, “As an integral part of any home security or connected home system, door locks serve as the guardian of a dwelling, ensuring peace of mind of homeowners by bridging the gap between physical security and digital convenience. Now, Alarm.com service providers have access to a new selection of lock solutions to choose from.”  

New distributor partners

Additionally, Kaadas announces several new distributor partners to support the broader availability of the Kaadas portfolio. For the past three decades, Kaadas has focused on developing innovative and high-quality electronic and smart locks that make life more convenient, secure, and intelligent.

The full Kaadas North America portfolio, including the Z-Wave models recently certified via Alarm.com, is available for order via the following distribution partners:

  • Lone Star Systems – With locations in San Jose and Manteca serving all of northern California and northern Nevada, as well as branches in Texas, Lone Star Systems is a wholesale distributor with deep roots in the security and custom electronic industries.
  • WAVE Electronics – Headquartered in Houston, Texas, WAVE Electronics is the largest independent custom integrator distributor in the nation. With locations in Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and Arizona and national shipping, WAVE can service dealers spanning across multiple channels of business including residential/commercial AV, networking, and security.
