HiveWatch, a physical security software company reimagining how organisations keep their people and assets safe, announced it will debut its GSOC operating system (OS) during ISC West 2023, March 29-31, in Las Vegas, at booth #31065.

The HiveWatch® GSOC OS is a cloud-based Security Fusion Platform® that works with existing disparate security systems to power an organisation’s GSOC.

HiveWatch platform uses Multi-sensor Resolution™ to give security pioneers a centralised place to understand the performance of their physical security people, technology, and customers. Within the platform, operators can execute quick reactions to incidents, resolve noisy events, and detect new threats.

HiveWatch is solving the scalability problem that so many security programs have today, and we’re doing it using a tech-forward, customer-obsessed approach that addresses the challenges that standalone, disparate systems create,” said Ryan Schonfeld, Founder & CEO, HiveWatch.

We’re excited to showcase what we’ve built at ISC West this year: an operationally impactful operating system that will change the way organisations approach physical security.”

The most recent additions to the platform include customisable, built-in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency services communication.

Built-in SOPs allow operators to cut significant time by having the next steps right in front of them, making it easier to train new employees on what to do in the event of an emergency, while saving valuable time when an incident is occurring.

The emergency services communication feature gives operators the ability to directly call the local 9-1-1 dispatch, relative to where an incident is happening, all within the HiveWatch platform.

We’re just getting started with these new features the HiveWatch platform brings to the physical security world,” said Jordan Hill, VP of Product, HiveWatch. “Our vision for the product is endless-we’re finding more and more opportunities as we build alongside our customers and the industry as a whole.”
