The cameras are quick and simple to configure from Grundig’s new GRN
range of NVRs, using an on-screen display

Grundig Security’s new Connect IP, 3MP cameras come in vandal dome, flat dome and bullet camera housings. They feature an extended operating temperature range; comprehensive built-in analytics; intuitive set-up; extensive IR illumination distances; edge recording; and dual power support.

Connect IP, 3MP camera range

The Connect IP vandal dome has a 2.8~12.0mm varifocal lens and 20m IR illumination. The flat dome has a 2.8mm lens and 10m IR illumination. There are two bullet cameras, one with a 4mm lens and 25m IR and a second with 2.8 to 12.0mm varifocal lens and 30m IR. All the cameras operate from -30°C to 60°C, without a heater, and include low voltage or PoE power options.

Camera configuration

The cameras are quick and simple to configure from Grundig’s new GRN range of NVRs, using an on-screen display. Alternatively, Grundig’s web interface, which is compatible with standard browsers, can be used.

Camera attributes

Built-in analytics intelligence includes motion detection with adjustable sensitivity; line crossing and intrusion zone alerts; tamper, with video loss and blurred image recognition; and system integrity exceptions where full HDD, HDD error and network loss can be detected. All analytics can trigger notifications to an IP server, email and FTP and can be scheduled for different actions by hour, day and week.

A card slot for Micro SD/SDHC/SDXC edge recording up to 128Gb is enabled with options for continuous, snap-shot, pre, post and multi-stream recording.

The vandal dome is IK10 vandal-rated and all the cameras are IP66 moisture ingress-rated for outdoor use, including the flat dome. Brackets include pole, wall, pendant and corner as well as a junction box fitting for the vandal dome.
