GJD, based in Heywood, Greater Manchester was one of 25 trailblazing innovators from across the country to launch new innovations and products at Innovate 2016, which took place on the 2nd and 3rd of November 2016. The two-day event in Manchester was hosted by the Department for International Trade and Innovate UK. It is the largest cross-sector innovation show in the UK.

External motion detectors

GJD showcased ground-breaking external motion detectors designed to tackle false alarms, which is one of the major challenges in the security industry.

The positive impact to the security industry from GJD’s reliable zero-false-alarm detectors is unprecedented. Some of the key benefits include reduced hours and resource costs spent analysing and attending to false alarm reports.
