GJD, renowned UK manufacturer, designer and supplier of professional external detector equipment, as well as Infra-Red and White-Light LED illuminators, is pleased to announce the company is exhibiting at the ST18 Ireland expo. GJD will showcase its new ATEX-Approved Infra-Red Beam Set, in addition to its full range of external motion detectors, IP-enabled sensors, lasers and LED illuminators. The event is on Wednesday 5th September 2018 at the Red Cow Moran Hotel, Dublin.

ATEX Approved Infra-Red Beam

The ATEX Approved Infra-Red Beam (GS100), provides versatile detection solutions, which allows engineers to reliably protect hazardous areas. The beam is designed to be used in association with alarm annunciation equipment, as well as devices that provide a means of monitoring the voltage free relay alarm output, for example CCTV integration.

The innovative technology is range programmable up to 100m and is suitable for use within the petrochemical and oil sectors, including similar industries where flame, weather, dust or gas explosion proof housings are required.

Carl Fletcher, GJD’s Sales Manager commented: “After a successful event last year, we are looking forward to welcoming visitors to our stand and showcasing our new technology.”

IPAnything Module The IPAnything is a simple yet powerful input/output controller

Visitors to the GJD stand will also see the IPAnything Module (IPA). The IPAnything is a simple yet powerful input/output controller, which converts any type of analogue sensor to an IP system, or vice versa. By using the IPA, your customers’ building can be turned into a smart IP system without having to spend time and money upgrading existing analogue products.

Clarius PLUS Infra-Red and White-Light LED illuminators will also be on display. Clarius lighting provides even illumination for CCTV cameras, which maximises the camera performance and ensures high quality images. Clarius is also available as IP and PoE versions, which provides smart lighting and can be easily integrated into a networked system.
