Ahead of its attendance at Build4Asia in May, global manufacturer, Gallagher Security, is demonstrating the importance of adopting smart building solutions to provide effortless occupant experiences.

The company is advising that commercial buildings will need to adopt frictionless technology to continue to drive success in the coming years. Among the top priorities for modern commercial buildings, Jin Hui, Regional Manager for North Asia, emphasises that ‘creating an efficient and safe user experience is vital to staying competitive in today's market.’

Air conditioning services

With access control and mobile solutions rapidly advancing, businesses have an unprecedented opportunity to exceed expectations with frictionless experiences while also cutting costs on energy efficiency and supporting sustainability efforts,” said Jin Hui.

Access control has a strong role to play in delivering these outcomes

Access control has a strong role to play in delivering these outcomes. From using mobile credentials to access meeting spaces, facial recognition technology to provide automated building and lift access, or interfacing lighting and air conditioning services for better energy use and cost-savings - the opportunities that access control can deliver to provide smart and frictionless experiences are endless.

Modern and hygienic environment

Gallagher Security is excited to be demonstrating the power of their mobile solutions that can be used to drive frictionless experiences on stand at Build4Asia. Gallagher Security’s Mobile Connect App transforms a building user’s mobile device into an access card allowing them to move effortlessly around a site, accessing amenities all via the Bluetooth connection on their mobile device.

Rather than having to stop and find a key or card, Gallagher Security’s Bluetooth T15 Readers communicate directly with users’ mobile phones, simplifying the experience for staff, members, and guests.

Furthermore, Gallagher Security's cutting-edge integrations with leading tech companies are redefining the future of smart buildings, offering automated processes that not only boost efficiency but also provide a modern and hygienic environment.

By utilising security software that can integrate with a wide range of third-party products"

Visitors to the Gallagher Security stand will experience live integration showcases such as Salto’s wireless door lock solutions and QR code readers that enable building access via QR code.

A highly integrated, smart building solution should enhance how people go about their daily lives, while still providing the comfort of knowing they are as protected as possible,” says Jin.

He adds, “By utilising security software that can integrate with a wide range of third-party products, it gives buildings the flexibility to tailor their system to their own unique circumstances. This allows people to move about simply and swiftly. It’s your security, your way.”

Network-connected controller

In addition to leading the conversation around smart buildings and frictionless experiences, Gallagher Security will be demonstrating its latest access control innovation, the Controller 7000 Single Door. Launched early this year, this powerful and robust network-connected controller provides a flexible and complete solution for distributed architectures and business expansion.

Gallagher Security will be exhibiting alongside their valued Channel Partner Certis Hong Kong, at Hong Kong’s number one trade show for the Building, Electrical Engineering and Security Industries, Build4Asia, on the 10-12 May 2023 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre. Visit the Gallagher Security team at booth 5G-F01.
