Eleco plc, the AIM-listed specialist software provider to the built environment announces the acquisition of BestOutcome Limited, a UK Project Portfolio Management (PPM) SaaS provider.
Buckinghamshire-based BestOutcome has developed PM3, the outcome-driven Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool, which allows organisations to run everything from large-scale business change programmes to simple, stand-alone projects.

BestOutcome’s existing client base is wide-ranging and comprises enterprise customers, significant public sector bodies, facility asset owners, and operators; current clients include NHS, Medicines & Healthcare Regulatory Authority, Nottinghamshire Police, Cambridge City Council, Shared Service Connect and ACCO Brands.
Eleco's acquisition of BestOutcome extends Eleco's product usage to both earlier and later in the building lifecycle by providing a tool that can detail both the pre-construction and handover processes.

BestOutcome’s tool PM3 has been designed to manage programmes and portfolios and help with prioritisation and effective resource and risk management. The company employs 22 people, and the existing management team will remain in place.
