Ground Labs, the provider of data discovery solutions for privacy, security, and data management announced the appointment and return of Don Kaye as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.

Don Kaye brings over 25 years of executive leadership, sales, and marketing expertise in the technology industry to Ground Labs and has a deep understanding and passion for the data security and data management space.

Work experience

Don Kaye previously served as Ground Labs’ Chief Revenue Officer from 2019 through 2021. He returns to the company from data analytics firm Exasol, where he served as a Chief Commercial Officer, had companywide profit and loss responsibility, and oversaw global sales and marketing with a specific focus on the North American, European, and UK markets.

Before Exasol and Ground Labs, Don Kaye gained extensive global leadership experience within the software industry, including time at Apple and nearly 14 years in sales leadership and corporate management roles at Microsoft.
