Chief Commercial Officer

Chris Hughes joins as Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for accelerating the company’s revenue growth with new and existing partners worldwide.

Chris joins from Google, bringing a successful sales track record that includes leadership roles at Alcatel and HPE, and he has extensive experience with mobile network operators, cloud service providers, and IoT technologies.

Clive’s experience includes roles with Cisco, Avaya, Unisys, and Nortel, covering unified communications

Clive Sawkins becomes Digital Barriers Chief Operating Officer, overseeing engineering, operations, support, and delivery at this pivotal time for the company.

SVP of Technical Sales & Business Development

Kunal Shukla arrives from Google in the newly created Senior Vice-President of Technical Sales & Business Development role. Kunal will work closely with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to implement new offerings and growth strategies worldwide.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise through engagement with leading telcos, enterprises, and cloud providers while at Ericsson, HPE, and Google.

Elaine takes responsibility for the company’s recruitment, talent management, people engagement

Finally, Elaine Cooper joins as the company’s first Group HR Director. Elaine has an exceptional track record with leadership roles within fast-growth businesses, including Confused.com and Groupon, where the people's agenda was central to success.
