Cohesity, a pioneer in next-gen data management, announces the appointment of Mark Molyneux as CTO for Cohesity in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Mark Molyneux will play a key role in advising customers, prospects, and partners on how next-gen data management can help them manage, protect, secure, and derive value from their data - their most critical digital asset.

Critical digital asset

In his new role as EMEA CTO, Mark Molyneux will work hand-in-hand with a variety of partners and customers, across a host of verticals, to ensure there is a continued and strong feedback loop between their rapidly evolving needs and the next-gen data management solutions and SaaS offerings provided by Cohesity. He will engage closely with Cohesity's leadership, engineering, and product teams to provide these customer insights and use cases for feature enhancements and future roadmap prioritisation.

Mark Molyneux brings more than 25 years of relevant experience working for IT companies

Based in London, UK, Mark Molyneux brings more than 25 years of relevant experience working for information technology (IT) companies and Fortune 500 financial institutes.

Prior to joining Cohesity, he was the UK Business Development CTO at Dell Technologies, leading hybrid and multi-cloud conversations in the UK. Molyneux joined Dell Technologies in 2019, following more than twelve years at Barclays Bank where he held the position of Director of Group Storage, Virtualisation, and Public Cloud.
