The session was held at the Marriott Bloor in Yorkville, Toronto, Canada on Friday afternoon, December 7th. The presentation provided a unique opportunity to learn how Canadian provinces use prepaid and instantly issued cards for social benefits program. Vaselenak also provided examples of opportunities in next generation prepaid card issuance.
