ProTouch Security now provides staff and supplies to the event industry and individuals

Award winning Scunthorpe based ProTouch Security UK Ltd., have just announced their expansion and confirmed that the company will now consist of three new divisions.

One of the UK’s leading providers of event safety and security, crowd management, event management and health and safety, the parent company ProTouch UK Ltd. is now divided into ProTouch Security, ProTouch Supplies and ProTouch Staff, meaning a growth of six hundred percent for the business in just over three years.

“In a year that’s seen us not only reach the finals of the Event Productions Awards as Security Company of the Year and win an award at the Northern Lincolnshire Business Awards, but also become part of the Olympics by undertaking work at the actual games and help the torch pass safely through the region, to be able to announce an expansion as well, is simply incredible,” says Tommy Atkin of ProTouch.

“Security needs can vary so much from person to person and for businesses, and the new divisions give greater flexibility and choice, meaning that everyone’s catered for and individuals can truly access the most efficient, cost effective and tailor made solution most suitable for them,” he continues.

The three new divisions will provide the following:

  • ProTouch Security – keyholding with alarm response, lock and unlock service, mobile patrols, static/manned guarding, security systems, event security, CCTV installations, close protection, security dogs and handlers, private investigation, health and safety services, and fire safety and risk assessments.
     
  • ProTouch Supplies –Scunthorpe/North Lincolnshire based store supplying genuine military surplus, camping and survival equipment, tactical security equipment, workwear, outdoor clothing, and hunting and fishing gear.
     
  • ProTouch Staff – a database of over five thousand staff to help with event set-up and full event management, including event managers, brand ambassadors, promotional and retail staff, entertainers, hospitality staff, medics, stewards, SIA licensed personnel, and riggers and drivers.

“The creation of ProTouch Staff and ProTouch Supplies is really a direct result of the success that ProTouch Security has managed to achieve since it started back in 2008,” Tommy goes on. “And we’re extremely proud to say that we can now provide staff and supplies to the event industry and individuals, of the same calibre that ProTouch Security has become recognised for and won awards for.”
