Explolink’s new CAD program, Dispatch Module improves dispatch performance and enhances security and safety
Expolink allows users to access its web-based incident and security management software from anywhere

Expolink Europe are market leaders in global corporate governance services. Our incident and security management solution, Report Exec, has been helping 2500+ organisations worldwide from a variety of sectors since 1993.

Report Exec is an invaluable tool for businesses who need to optimise security provision and protect against shrinkage. The solution was developed by a team of specialist programmers including several with security and law enforcement backgrounds and our knowledge of the security market is second to none.

Completely web-based, Report Exec can be accessed from anywhere across the globe or via your intranet. Our incident and security management software can be tailored to be as simple or as detailed as you require and is available in SaaS or Enterprise options and dedicated, shared and tenanted secure hosting options.

Our incident and security management system can significantly increase your business’ efficiency. For example, if your organisation spends an average of 40 hours typing and formatting incident reports and Report Exec decreases this time to 30 hours, your organisation makes a saving of 10 hours per week – a 25% increase in efficiency!

To complement our 20+ modules Expolink have just released the brand new Dispatch Module! Dispatch is a computer aided dispatch (CAD) program designed to improve dispatch performance, enhance security and safety, as well as track important details for your organisation. With the dispatch program you’ll always know which personnel are available, enabling you to effectively assign the proper personnel and track all of the details. Comprehensive reports help identify trends, measure average time on calls, and more.

Report Exec empowers you to manage incidents and security in multiple locations, from detection through to analysis and outcome. Administrative reports are written in Crystal Reports XI and have numerous filtering options allowing you to analyse trends and identify areas of risk and concern and can be exported in a variety of formats. Alerts can be configured for activities taking place within the system and roles and access levels set for optimised security.

“Expolink have chosen to Exhibit at IFSEC as it attracts a broad demographic of attendees within the security sector. With shrinkage and CCTV re-investments costing businesses thousands in these tense economic times, we wanted to find a way to reach a larger audience within the security industry to introduce our software solution.” Kate Shoesmith, Project Manager, Incident and Security Management Solutions, Expolink Europe Ltd.
