Core Security to provide an overview of the growth of Security Intelligence at the RSA conference Europe
Core Insight integrates disparate technologies into a coherent platform and predicts IT security threats

In a rapidly growing security category that Gartner has named Security Intelligence (SI); organisations support passive Security Information Event Management (SIEM) with proactive processes for threat planning, simulation and replication. The aim is to help security professionals understand the actual risks to the business.

Since the launch of Core Insight 2.0 in April, the platform has grown its leadership position in this emerging sector and has been deployed at large enterprises across Europe. The technology has also been embraced by a community of integration partners covering the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, Belgium, the Nordic region and the Middle East. In the largest projects, Insight protects hundreds of thousands of assets and unlike point security products and silos of information; Insight integrates disparate technologies into a coherent platform to continuously predict IT security threats and pre-empt business risk.

At the RSA Conference Europe this year, Core Security would like to provide an overview of the growth of this exciting new security category which will highlight new integration with RSA Archer eGRC and other leading platforms from nCircle, NTO, HP, IBM and McAfee.

Dan Buckley, Channel Sales Manager EMEA for Core Security Technologies would like to brief you on the technology, European adoption, examples of real world customer usage and why organisations are shifting from defense to offense to beat cyber-criminals. Dan will also provide examples of how the wider use of SI technology is helping to address significant new problems that arise from under resourced InfoSec teams trying to deal with information overload without impacting on critical business processes.

Prior or post RSA Europe briefing opportunities with the participation of Core Security European partners are also available to provide a local view on the drivers for the adoption of SI.
