Previously Lefebvre was employed with Network Optix serving as Vice President of Sales
Lefebvre will be responsible for leading global sales efforts on behalf of the company

Innovative Security Designs, a company focused on the delivery of IP surveillance devices that enable ease of deployment and effortless system configuration, recently announces the appointment of Carey Lefebvre as Vice President of Sales. Lefebvre, who reports directly to company CEO Ian Johnston, is responsible for leading global sales efforts on behalf of the company.

“Carey is a consummate sales leader, and his skills and vision will be a tremendous asset to ISD,” Johnston said. “He brings extensive sales experience along with a deep technical understanding of the security industry and is committed to working closely with our distribution channels to build sustainable growth for our business.”

Lefebvre brings more than 17 years of industry sales experience to ISD and has a strong track record of building high-performance sales and effective business strategies. Prior to joining ISD, he served as Vice President of Sales for Network Optix and served for more than four years as Senior Director of Sales for the Western U.S., Australia and Asia Pacific for Exacq Technologies. During his tenure at Exacq, he successfully developed and implemented aggressive sales and marketing plans that drove demand for the company's video surveillance solutions.

“ISD is uniquely positioned to take advantage of growth opportunities in the market as more and more customers are demanding IP surveillance solutions that are simple to configure and install,” Lefebvre said. “I look forward to leading activities to drive sales, profits and market share while promoting the ISD mission of delivering technologies with a new level of usability and affordability.”

Lefebvre’s appointment follows the successful launch of ISD in which the company introduced a line IP cameras built on zero-touch configuration. Its technologies have transformed how network surveillance cameras are managed and deployed, combining high-resolution, IP video with the ease normally experienced with traditional analog devices.
